Welcome to Rowland Elementary – home of the Rascals and Rascal Pride! Above all else, we are about students. We aim to inspire, support, care for and love each of our kids. Our teachers and support staff are exceptional and the work they do to promote the academic and social skills for students is a sight to behold.
