As a Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) School, Rowland Elementary students are eligible to receive breakfast and lunch at no charge, regardless of income or meal eligibility. For CEP schools, meal applications are not required. However, all families with students enrolled at a CEP school are required to submit a Education Benefit Form. This form is necessary for carrying out various education funding allocations that our school relies on.
